10 Social Media Listening Tools
Hootsuite has a great list of social media listening tools, many of them free.

Need a way to monitor mentions of your brand, author, titles? For the most part the paid tools are expensive and only allow for 5 keyword queries per month on the basic plan. By expensive I mean starting at $39 per month. That said, there are some free tools that are useful for one-off searches or to help assess what social media listening features you need in a paid tool.

Hootsuite has a great guide and list of tips here: https://blog.hootsuite.com/social-listening-business/
